My Passat was totaled. Unfortunately, VW pulled the Passat before ramping up their ID.7 and they don't offer mid-size sedan's anymore. Thus, was forced to find a used vehicle. I shopped around and they gave me the best deal by far. This was my first EV and Max answered all my questions and was in no rush until I was completely comfortable driving it off the lot .
