Overall, I had a very positive experience with Giuseppe Coppola. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained all the services in detail. He helped me choose the right services for my vehicle and was available over the phone to answer all my questions and add on extra services that I needed. I did encounter some confusion with the Bayside Service Packages as I found them a bit confusing and had to figure out which services I needed as part of the manufacturer recommended services at my mileage level. Giuseppe walked me through it and I was able to choose what I need however a bit more clarity and mapping services to the Manufacturer's recommended services would help. As a result, I have rated my experience as 4 stars. Additionally, while my car was ready when I arrived on time for pick up, there was a check engine light that had to be addressed. I would have appreciated if these checks were performed prior to informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Despite these issues, I appreciate the service provided by Giuseppe and the rest of the Bayside VW service team.
